Place order and confirm order

When ordering, please provide complete and accurate information as requested to create favorable conditions for us to deliver the product. We are not responsible for delayed or lost deliveries due to incorrect information provided by you.

Check order status after choosing payment method

To check the order status, please enter the order code in the order lookup section on DigiPhar Shop’s official website or contact the customer service hotline directly for support.

Delivery time

DigiPhar Shop delivers nationwide. For Hanoi inner city areas, delivery time ranges from 2-3 working days, for suburban areas and provinces, the average delivery time ranges from 3-7 days.

Note

Delivery time is calculated from the time DigiPhar Shop completes the order confirmation until the goods are received, excluding holidays or Saturdays and Sundays.

In case customers in Hanoi need to receive goods quickly, please contact the hotline directly for support.

Delivery costs

Delivery fees are calculated based on the weight of the goods, express or regular delivery method and geographical location. Therefore, this cost depends on each specific condition. DigiPhar Shop will notify customers of all delivery costs and costs incurred during the delivery process. If you want to know detailed information, please contact the hotline.

View goods and check together

Orders at DigiPhar Shop.vn will apply the policy “Open the box and check before receiving the goods”. Accordingly, customers are encouraged to open the package to check the products inside before making full payment to the delivery staff. For orders that have been checked and found errors but have not complained to the delivery staff, DigiPhar Shop regrets that we cannot support refunds.

In case the customer does not perform a joint check upon receiving the goods, DigiPhar Shop encourages the customer to take a photo of the package when receiving it from the delivery staff and after opening the package as evidence if there is a dispute later.

Customers please refuse to receive the goods when they discover that the package shows signs of being wet, torn, dented, no longer intact, or has incorrect recipient information. For paid orders, DigiPhar Shop will carry out the refund procedure within 5-15 working days after confirming the order has been validly refunded.

If you are not satisfied or have a problem with the product you receive, you can complain to DigiPhar Shop.vn via website or hotline/email within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please note that after this period, DigiPhar Shop will not support any other refund cases.

In case the order is canceled

If you are absent at the delivery location or cannot be contacted to receive the goods, the order may be canceled.

Note:

– Orders placed on Sunday will be delivered from the following Monday.

– Orders placed outside of business hours will be counted starting from the morning of the next day.

– In case customers within Hanoi need fast delivery, shipping fees will vary depending on the delivery location.
